Interviewed Oct 2009 (took 2 weeks)
Called in for a day and spent full day to get through.
Divided into groups of 4 to 5 and given a topic to discuss for 15 min. and the group was then presented their thought against other groups.
Then there was a panel interview mainly asking behavioral questions and financial market related issues.

Interviewed Feb 2011 in Toronto, ON (Canada) (took a day)
Three guys are interviewing us. very quiet and serious atmosphere
first Question: "do you have citizenship or permanent resident" ( i said no, and they seem like they lost interest in me already)
Then they ask "How long is your work permit?"
"Do you know what kind of work we do here?"
"When do you think bank closes?"
I dont think the interview was difficult, but it was just stupid!!
