As we know Kotak Mahindra is a big brand in banking sector, and as a fresher I was glad to get the opportunity to become an employee of that organization. My interview was scheduled on 22nd February, 2012. That day I faced the Branch Sales manager of that organization for the interview purpose. After clearing the 1st round of interview I had given an online personality test. I cleared the same and got the offer of joining in that organization.

Interviewed Mar 2008 in Jamshedpur (India) (took a day)
Interview panel with 2 interviewers. Behavioral interview. Surprisingly, no technical questions asked. Interviewers only wanted to know whether I would stick to the job long term. Asked me why I wanted to get into sales and why not go into consulting. Asked me what my expectaions were and how I would fit the role.
