Interview Details – interview process is very smooth and simple here, normally it is taken by by your immediate boss in the first round, second round will be with highest authority of your division. They provide VC facility for outside candidates. HR round is also very simple, normally HR discuss over phone or if possible face to face meet up.

Interview Details – As we know Kotak Mahindra is a big brand in banking sector, and as a fresher I was glad to get the opportunity to become an employee of that organization. My interview was scheduled on 22nd February, 2012. That day I faced the Branch Sales manager of that organization for the interview purpose. After clearing the 1st round of interview I had given an online personality test. I cleared the same and got the offer of joining in that organization.

Interview Details – Interview panel with 2 interviewers. Behavioral interview. Surprisingly, no technical questions asked. Interviewers only wanted to know whether I would stick to the job long term. Asked me why I wanted to get into sales and why not go into consulting. Asked me what my expectaions were and how I would fit the role.
