I had a friend who worked there and he got me an interview. I interviewed over the phone with the Sales Manager, then I met with him in person. Human Resources was not involved in the process which was good because Human Resources always ask stupid questions that do not relate to the job.

The interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview and a Group/Panel Interview.

Applied on Kraft's website. Received a call from HR. 1 week after, phone interviewed with future boss. 2 weeks later, met at airport to interview with future bosse. 2 weeks later, interviewed with future boss's boss. 3 weeks later, followed up and received job offer.

Kraft Foods has a lot of seniority, and there is a reason why. The work is bearable and the people respectful. There are a lot of people with many experiences that have seen numerous changes in the company and you can learn a lot from them.

I didn't really negotiate since I had limited sales experience, but they did match my previous employer's salary plus I got set up with a home office and company car.
