A series of situation interviews
It was clear many of the interviewers were not briefed about the role
The hiring manager missed two interviews and was 30 minutes late for the final, spending her time texting her kids

Interviewed Mar 2011 in Chicago, IL (took a day)
I applied for this position through my school's career website. I took the interview at my school with a hiring manager. The hiring manager literally went through each bullet point on my resume and asked specific questions related to my resume. The interview overall was not that hard.

Interviewed Nov 2009 in Chicago, IL (took 2 weeks)
The interview was nice but a bit disorganized. The opportunity appeared great and it certainly sounded like like a wonderful opportunity to learn a heavily matrixed organization in a relatively safe manner as an outsider. Much to my chagrin the offer letter was not reflective of my actual responsibilities.

Interviewed Feb 2008 in Glenview, IL (took 2 weeks)
I interviewed for the summer ABM position while in business school. The process was very structured - you applied online and then the recruiting team selected people for their "close" list. Interviews were on campus. First round interviews were in the morning; they would call candidates that made it to the final round during lunch and final rounds occurred in the afternoon. Offers were made the following week

Interviewed Jan 2008 in Northbrook, IL (took 2 days)
The interview was for a couple different positions but the main one I remember was a reporting manager and the role appeared to be quite mundane and tedious. I was not impressed with the group I would be working with as they didn't appear to be a cohesive unit. Kraft is a great company but this role and group were not ideal. All my interviews were 1 on 1s.

Interviewed Dec 2008 in Chicago, IL (took a day)
It was a national career fair. The ist interview was held on spot at the booth. The second round was held later on in the day with 4 people from different departments asking questions. Mostly behavioral and situation responses.

Interviewed Aug 2009 in Naperville, IL (took 2 weeks)
Had phone interview initially. Mostly behavior based. Received group interview the next week. Behavior based questioning from peers. Peer Managers were short and unfriendly at times making interview uncomfortable. A couple seem to be going through the motions. Senior Manager and operators were professional and courteous. Was told by HR manager to call if I had any questions and I would be called once a decision was made ( pos or neg). Never heard from her even after leaving a message two weeks later. Not impressed with the Management at that facility.

Interviewed Mar 2009 in Northfield, IL (took 1 week)
I was interviewed by the recruiter on day one. This went well and she was able to set up interviews with the department the following day. This included two one-on-one interviews. One interview was with the hiring manager and the other with the individual whose job I would have replaced. The interview with the person in the job was helpful to provide background on the job and role. This was helpful for my interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager asked for three things I liked and two things I didn’t like about my last project. She also asked about a specific project on which I worked, which was less relevant than others, for the role we discussed. I indicated I would be happy to discuss that but thought my experience on XYZ project may be more relevant to the types of skills needed for the role in question. She may have felt I was avoiding her question.
