The deadline for applying was Jan 22, I received an email from an HR rep on Feb 2 and had my initial phone interview Feb 3. Asked a lot about why I chose Kraft, why is branding so important and what skills I saw in the job description that fit me. I am due to hear about a potential second job interview this week, which is the following week after my phone interview.

I had a friend who worked there and he got me an interview. I interviewed over the phone with the Sales Manager, then I met with him in person. Human Resources was not involved in the process which was good because Human Resources always ask stupid questions that do not relate to the job.

They call you and ask you about your education, personality and career goals. They ask you questions like where do you see yourself in 5 years, etc. It's more of a sales job than anything. You go from store to store where they carry Kraft products and work with those people.

it was a very nice process i enjoyed it so much, the process consisted in a one on one interview with a duration of one hour with a quick background and abilities examination, also the interviewer talked about some key aspects of the position in question.

Interview mainly consisted of questions about my background to confirm that I was truly interested in food & brand management. Had standard questions such as:
1) tell me about a product that is well marketed
2) tell me about your greatest accomplishment
Often dug into questions asking what I would have done differently etc.

It was a bit informal. Interviewer was very warm. I was asked more about my background and work experiences. What my projects were before and what was the outcome. I asked about the org structure and what will the job description and responsibilities be. Office is very nice, fairly new and well-maintained.
