There is a STAR program in which one must complete. S is for "situation", T is for "task", A is for "action", and R is for "result". One must complete the STAR for each real life question. One must talk specifically of themselves and what they have accomplished professionally.

Interviewed Apr 2008 in Toronto, ON (Canada) (took 1 week)
The interview process started at the university i attended, where an initial Hr Rep interviewed me based on the resume i submitted to their online application. the questions were really basic looking for the experience they required for the position. as i had the experience they agreed to a second interview a panel or 2 of my would be coworkers and my direct manager.
here the interview process got interesting as i felt confident with my answers to the questions i had a question in my mind that may or may not have been a good thing. so when they asked do you have any questions i said "as a supervisor what do you all expect of me other then the abilities discussed in this interview, in other words what role does a supervisor play for you specifically" (their was an engineer an HR rep, and Production manager)
half way through their answers they turned the question on me .. and my first answer was i don't know exactly that is why i am asking but they wanted more and then i rambled and the interview went downhill. 2 minutes and i knew that i didn't get the job.
