Interviewed May 2011 (took a day)
They'll call you and ask you to come in for an interview. It's very relaxed so don't be nervous at all. They'll ask you to tell them about yourself, and after that they'll tell you what jobs you applied for and what jobs they have open. If they like you, they'll ask you if you want the job. Have your social security card with you so they can do it all right there (paper work), and they will do your drug test there as well. Then they'll tell you to come in next so you can take a four hour computer course.

Interviewed Jun 2011 in Houston, TX (took 1 week)
I applied online and received a call about 3 weeks later to interview. The interview was conducted by 3 people: the HR manager, the store manager, and a district assistant. They were very friendly, made the interview feel less stressful, although I had a hard time determining what they thought about me. Questions were the basic ones you normally hear and a few "what would you do" situation questions.

Interviewed Nov 2009 (took 3 days)
Phone call: Monday. Interview: Wednesday afternoon. First interview went very well, position was available and no one had applied for the position. The second interview, the position was filled and I was
offered another position. I would have taken the position, but I could not uproot my family and move to another state. It was just a difficult time and with my precious little girl, I just couldn't do it.
Interview Questions
Reason for Declining
I did not accept the position because it was not what I wanted and I would have to relocate to another state.
I just had a baby and taking the position would, unfortunately, bring hardship on my family. So, I let it go.
I did receive a call the following week.
Other Details
I applied In-Person.

Interviewed Nov 2009 (took a day)
Very easy. They asked about my strengths and weaknesses and why I wanted to work there. Very typical interview, very laid back company.
They drug tested and did a background check the drug test was conducted with a mouth swab right as I finished the one on one interview and sent off for the results. Pay rates are usually pretty competitive they will most likely start you above minimum wage if you have any experience. Smile smile smile! They are a company that strives for happy smiling faces welcoming customers, all too often there are cashiers who are just moping around. I got hired and promoted several times within a year just by having a good attitude at work and willing to do more than my job required..I was getting paid why not work? Fantastic company, I loved working there.

Interviewed Jan 2009 in The Woodlands, TX (took a day)
The interview was pretty easy. It was almost as if I walked in and my interviewer just started explaining store policy while skipping the part about being hired. Then again, I was only sixteen at the time and I don't think they were expecting me to have have any prior work experience to brag about.

Interviewed Nov 2010 in Livonia, MI (took 1 week)
I applied online in late October and received a phone call to set up an interview about 2 weeks later. The interview was very easy. The interviewer asked me about my availability and previous experience. Then she described the type of work I would be doing and discussed starting pay (minimum wage). She told me that I was on "the top of her list" and said she would talk to the store manager and get back to me. A few days later, I received a phone call and a job offer. I accepted and was told to go in for a drug test and to sign some forms for the background check. 3 days later I was scheduled for orientation (paid) at another store. I did computer training on my first official day and started in the bakery the following Saturday.
