Interviewed Jul 2010 (took 2 days)
Spoke to senior manager on phone for approximately 30 minutes. Was overly upfront about difficulties company was facing in this area. Was told on this call that I would have an in person interview. The in person interview occured the next week. Met with a different senior manager and spoke for approximately 30 minutes. No offer.

Interviewed Apr 2011 in Chelmsford, MA (took 3 weeks)
Spoke with two different recruiters. Both phone screens went very well. The second recruiter kept me in the loop on the entire process. I went in for two rounds of face to face interview with the hiring manager and other peers. Process went very smoothly.

Interviewed May 2011 in Chelmsford, MA (took 3 weeks)
The first interview was a phone screening from a recruiter. It was open ended questions about my experience. I didn't hear anything for about 2 weeks and then another recruiter called me back for in-person. They also sent me an on-line test to fill out. I met with hiring manager and a recruiter for about 45-60 min each. It's a professional, quiet, clean office environment. I got a generic 'thank you for interviewing with us but you don't meet our needs' email a couple of days later.

Interviewed Mar 2011 in Montreal, QC (Canada) (took 1 week)
I had 2 phone interview - one with a manager from USA and one with a local person.
They accepted my experience and there were no any hard technical questions. They just wanted a perfect French, which I definitely don't have. I could speak French, but I am not fluent on it. So this was the one reason why I was declined.

Interviewed Sep 2010 (took 4+ weeks)
I was initially contacted by a recruiter via LinkedIn. After a lengthy phone conversation with that person, I was given a time to expect contact from a Practice Directory. The phone interview with said director lasted about an hour and went very well, I was notified that I could expect an invite to face to face interviews when the managers were in my area. After about a month, the date was set for face to face interviews. I was flown to Dallas for 3 1 on 1 interviews, 2 with Practice Directors, 1 with their Manager. The interviews with the Practice Directors were straight forward, questions about experience, but no real description of the position. The interview with the Manager was a waste of time, he spent more time asking about the other two interviews than he did asking about me or describing the position. The manager seemed very full of himself and the company and took exception when I asked a very reasonable question regarding mass hiring and layoffs in the past. After a month of hearing about how excited Kronos was to interview me, I received a form letter from an HR representative stating that a hard choice had to be made, but that they had decided to go in another direction. The most annoying part of this process was the fact that I put out my own funds to travel to the interview and it has now been a month and I have yet to be reimbursed for receipts that were submitted two days after the interview. It's funny how a "little" situation such as that can really clue you in on how a company treats its' employees or prospective employees.

Interviewed Jan 2008 (took 2+ weeks)
I was interviewed first by the recruiter, then I was asked to take a couple of tests, both a personality test and sales suitability test. Finally I had 3 1:1 interviews - with the hiring manager, the presales manager and the general manager. I was impressed with the process generally and with the quality of questions and knowledge of the management with the sales process and their thoroughness in questioning me.
