Started with an internship fair and an invite to an information session. I was chosen to participate in a skills test on a pass/fail basis. I then was invited to an interview session. The interview was composed, first, of a case interview and then followed by an interview with the recruiter. If chosen past this point there were more interviews to be had at the actual office.

Interviewed Apr 2008 in Atlanta, GA (took 6 weeks)
The first round consisted of an IQ-test of sorts. We were not told the results, only whether we passed or not. From then on we had two rounds of interviews, the first consisting of a "personal" interview and the second a case study. The final round was held in one's future potential office, and consisted of several interviews (resilience, case study, meeting with principals, personal interview, etc.). We found out the next week. Of about 25 people who had final round interviews, only 1 or 2 got offers.
