Interview Details

I went through a job agency. I applied for a position posted by a job agency and has a short phone interview with a job agent, then was invited to the first face to face interview with a hiring manage and a senior engineer two weeks after the phone interview. About two weeks later, I was invited to the second face to face interview with another senior engineer. About two weeks later, I got an job offer. I didn't hesitate to accept the offer because it was my first permanent full time job.

Interview Questions
  • The interview questions were not very difficult. Most questions were about technical aspects of the job requirements and a few about behavioral questions. And some questions were my previous work experience and the publications I made.   Answer Question
Negotiation Details
I didn't negotiate the job offer because I didn't know it was negotiable. I should have negotiated the vacation because I was offered minimal.
