Interviewed Jan 2012 in London, England (United Kingdom) (took a day)
First round: I had 2x45 min interviews starting with CV questioning and moving on to a case. The first interview had a strategy case about a cardboard box manufacturer. They were looking at moving in to the food, pharmaceutical or cigarette industry. I had to assess which was more attractive. In the second interview I had a market sizing case - the number of pigs slaughtered in the UK for food each year. Both interviewers were really nice people and made me feel at ease.
These interviews were followed by a GMAT style data sufficiency test.

Interviewed Nov 2011 in Boston, MA (took 2 weeks)
L.E.K. came to my campus for a career fair; following was a pre-interview meet and greet--the L.E.K. employees at both events were extremely outgoing, friendly, and very much representative of the other L.E.K. employees (a highly social, but fiercely intelligent group). The interview process consisted of a first and second round. The first round was 2 30-minute case/fit interviews with L.E.K. associates (primarily a case with some time left for questions by both parties at the end). The second round consisted of 3 45-minute interviews with senior personnel (i.e. partners, project managers). The first two were 30-minute case, 15 minutes for fit/questions. The last was more like a 20-25 min case with 20-25 min for fit with some behavioral and "why L.E.K." type questions. The cases for the first round were straightforward and fairly typical of other firms (e.g. Bain, BCG, Parthenon--variation, but largely similar). The second round cases were more challenging and required more creativity. Stock answers weren't necessarily what they were looking for--make sure you've got a dozen extra tricks up your sleeve other than P&L or standard cost reduction methods (think product differentiation, M&A strategy, nothing dramatically different, but slightly more complex). Good Luck!

Interviewed Oct 2011 (took a day)
Two case studies with two different consultants. One played bad cop the other played good cop, naturally I enjoyed the good cop guy significantly more. This was one of my first case interviews and it showed unfortunately. They seem like a good firm but with long hours apparently. Best of luck

Interviewed Jan 2011 in Chicago, IL (took 1 week)
There were two 1:1 interviews, including a behavioral portion and a case portion. The case was pretty hard, but both interviewers were very nice though. The behavioral portion was basically on asking about specific points from the resume, like involvement in organization X as well as motivation to do consulting. Overall positive experience, but I did not get any feedback at the end; might've been too many first round applicants.

Interviewed May 2011 (took 4 weeks)
The recruiting process was normal and somewhat well-run, but the actual interviews seemed lazy. My first in person interviewer didn't even know I was coming in until a few minutes beforehand, and he seemed uninterested and eager to get back to work. They also placed my interviews with partners who were experts in a certain field which I was not entering, so I thought it a bit unfair.

Interviewed Nov 2010 in Boston, MA (took 3 weeks)
First round of interview was through college's online recruiting process. Interview was held on campus. Two back to back 30min interviews, one entirely strategy (no numbers), and the other a more market sizing, quant oriented case. The first 5-10min of each of the two interviews was reserved for a typical fit/behavioral questions.
Second round of interview was held at the Boston office in a three hour chunk. There were three one-hour long interviews varying between strategy and market sizing. Always remember that LEK throws one case that involves NO numbers, so stop trying to get numbers out of your interviewers and start thinking bigger strategy tactics.

Interviewed Aug 2010 (took 2 weeks)
First round was 2 30 minute interviews back to back. Each interview consisted of say 5 minutes of resume questions a 20 minute case and 5 minutes of letting me ask questions. The cases in the first round were one was an estimation, and one was a strategy case. One case was with a pre-mba guy, one was post-mba guy. I got a call about 10 minutes after my second interviewer scheduling the final round.
Final round was 3 30 minute interviews back to back to back. Each interviewer was the same format as previous except these interviews were a bit harder. You interview with two managers and one VP. The VP's case was significantly harder because he would grill you on certain things, where as the managers allowed you to drive the case. 1 manager interviewer was a strategy case, 1 manager interviewer was a market sizing and 1 was a Profit case
