Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeksinterviewed at L'Oréal (Saint-Ouen, Ile-de-France (France)) in February 2015.

Interview

    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 4 daysinterviewed at L'Oréal (Bucharest (Romania)) in October 2012.

    Interview

They asked me alot of questions so that they could find someone who can be paid a small salary and work more than 8 hours probably. The extra hours weren't paid, and I understand that are often, so i hat to decline the offer. Those were the things that they were intrested more than technical skills or anything else.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter – interviewed at L'Oréal (Bucharest (Romania)) in February 2008.

    Interview

Hiring process was done in the first step through an assesment center that was very centered on creativity and critical decisions. After the assesment center there were 2 interviews that were rather classic with the direct supervisor and the division director.

    Negotiation

    No negotiation was not possible.
