Interviewed Dec 2010 in Montreal, QC (Canada) (took a day)
I just did their online review game, and the HR arranged an interview with me with their HR Specialist. The questions he asks were "could you use three words to describe yourself". I answered "passionate, independent" and I forgot the other one. Definitely, this may not be the answer he wanted. Other questions included "are you willing to relocate to Montreal? why".

Interviewed Apr 2011 in Montreal, QC (Canada) (took 4+ weeks)
I had three exploratory interviews with the company.
The first two were with HR and the last was with the VP of marketing.
They were all very challenging interviews. A lot of focus was placed on how I would fit with the company culture. They are clearly looking for very talented and competitive young individuals.
They also asked me to describe some of their products and tell them how I would go about marking and promoting the product.
All the interviews were very positive experiences. It has been 2-weeks since my last interview and I am still waiting for a response. If I receive an offer I will definitely accept. The company appears to be a great starting point for my career and there is a lot of opportunities for professional growth.

Interviewed Jan 2009 in Montreal, QC (Canada) (took 5 days)
This was an internal job interview for a category analyst position within L'Oréal Canada. There is no postings of available postions, therefore you have to do your own internal PR to find out what positions are open. This what I did, and found out that there was a category analyst position open. I asked to meet with the HR consultant and explained why I wanted so much this postion and how I can contribute to the growth of this department. I got the new postion.

Interviewed Feb 2009 in Montreal, QC (Canada) (took 3 months)
The interview was extremely detailed, mostly based on resume. Had to describe every point on resume in details and answer regular behavioural interview questions based on resume content. Very fast-paced.
