They have conducted technical interview. Followed by another interview by finance person to evaluate finance/ functional understanding and finally conducted HR interview.

It was not very encouraging one but offered price was at par with market.

I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, a Drug Test and a Background Check.

I had read about the walk-in recruitment drive at L&T Infotech and decided to attend.
Initially, there was a technical test for .NET and SQL. After that, there were three rounds of interviews on my skills ie. .NET. The last round was a personnel interview. There were two members of staff. One out of them was a guy although I do not remember his name now. He was very rude and was talking in a high-handed manner. However, the other staff members from the HR department were quite courteous and respectfully interacted with the candidates.
I got the offer one week later.

intially there was a written test followed by a group discussion followed by technical and H.R interview.written test is major hurdle first level of screening is done on this basis , group disscussion was good basically they are looking for good communication skill and good listening skills as well as technical and h.r rounds last longer then usual.

Interview was simple. They asked me about my previous experience. Managers at L&T Infotech are not very technically strong, thus, interview was really simple. Total time taken was around half an hour. If you dominate the interview, then you won't be asked much.
They have few clients in the telecom side, for which I was interviewed for.

They will give you according to the requirement and the lead time to your joining. The new CTC depends upon your old CTC. Ask as much as you can and let them bargain. They need you more than you need them

i was interviewed for core java position . they are very worst on the time management. the interview happened couple of hours after the scheduled time. the panel is total clueless about the technical background on core java. they were asking lot of silly questions and not professional too. eating burger and taking coffee in front of candidate.
the panel is not good in the skills , for every question the panel members just watching other member face to confirm ist write or not. that is status of the panel. one of the worst interview panel which i ever seen in my life

First round of Interview was on phone. Asked about current and previous projects on iPhone. General Objective-c and Iphone sdk questions
2nd round was face to face. same questions as on phone
3rd was HR round
