No technical interview, only behavioral interview about your past projects and if you are ready to learn SAP.
They are ready to sponsor H1 visa and that was the best point in the interview process.
The interview lasted for 1 hr with a PM and a HR guy and was offered on the same day.

Negotiation Details
Asked only one question: Are you willing to work at USD 30000 per year??
The HR never was interested in negotiation.
The salary was based for first 6 months and then as per performance an appraisal process will be conducted and then the salary will be upgraded.

The interview consisted of a Phone Interview and a 1:1 Interview.

Initial IQ test followed by Jam round. Then technical and 1:1 HR. The interview was very easy but aint got selected as they reached the target I guess.

It was 1:1 interview. Asked most of questions related to previous projects and technologies. very stresses on how will move to new technology for which company is moving for. Waited for almost 2 weeks but HR didnt turned back

it was a 2 day program , first day we had an aptitude test and a gd. Clearing the gd is the toughest as 1 or 2 were selected from each group. Then next day a group interview was there. It was mainly HR and cross checking what u hav written in the form provided by them
