Interview Details – Was called in for an interview after dropping off my resume. Went in the following day for the interview, which was about 30 minutes. It was a low-key interview and I was asked first what I knew about the company and why I wanted to work there. I was then asked what I saw as future trends, what my favorite pieces/looks were currently...and what my personal style is/means. I was asked what I could bring to the company...in addition to my best and worst qualities.
Interview Question – What do I see as the upcoming trends for the next two seasons Answer Question
Negotiation Details – There wasn't any negotiating. I never gave a pay request and my schedule was flexible.
