Campus recruiting for MBA graduates; First it is required to prepare a presentation that explain why the candidate is suitable for the job and company, I approached it as if it was a sales pitch. The presentation was submitted beforehand and on the interview day I gave a presentation first then they asked me some questions. All together it took about 25 - 30 mins.
- Most questions were pretty expectable however one thing that I realized is that they want to hear very specific answers for example when they ask the strength, they prefer to hear one or two maximum, not even three. I am not sure if it was just my case or the interviewers. Answer Question
