first sending out cv and motivation letter, then the HR get back to me ask about how i think about the job. However, this internship need work permit and they insist i need one even though i told them the regulation has changed, so decided not to go there

I got the job interview through campus recruitment, so it was arranged by the university. After some confirmation by e-mail, I got a single interview with a single employee from a nearby site, and it was held in the company stand. He was not very interested in specific IT skills but in the overall profile of the applicant. Age and English fluency turned out to be rather important. I left my resume and I am waiting to hear back from them.
