Interview Details – they use pre planned interview from the internet, takes an hour to answer all questions. fingernals need to be short clean, dress professional, no open toed flip flops, nice sandles o.k., hair neat, no artificial nails, clothes ironed neat, no blue jeans. Watch your hands don't move them like you are nervous even if you are keep them in your lap. like a team workplace.

Negotiation Details – yes, hold out for what you want, they have alot of room for negotiation from initial offer.
