Interviewed May 2011 in New York, NY (took 3 days)

I was tested on a range of skills, from data entry to typing to Microsoft Word and Excel. The interview was fairly relaxed - I charmed my interviewer and thus achieved a much more casual tone for the interview than the one described by my eventual co-workers. People working here are 100% out for themselves, and blame for mistakes is almost universally shifted to someone else. You don't necessarily need to suck up, but make sure you establish a good working relationship with those in charge as soon as possible.
