Interviewed Aug 2010 in Jamaica, NY (took 2 weeks)
The two directores asked eight rediculous questions that are written from the home office. These questions had nothing to do with the postion I was applying for. I had to speak up at the end of the eight questions to let them know why I was qualified for the position. A week later I had a second shorter interview with the GM.

Interviewed Sep 2011 (took 1 week)
Had a phone interview with a regional member from Dallas, very friendly and different interviewing techniques he used by asking about my accomplishments first. I used key words that my old company used and he enjoyed that. Was told I would go on to the second round of interview even before I was going to ask questions. I asked my questions about the company and position and the answers I received were very good. The next day received a phone call from HR and was booked for flight to where the position is open.

Interviewed Jul 2010 in New York, NY (took 3 days)
Phone interview was quick and the interviewer stated that somebody else would be in touch. I was called back the following morning for an interview. The environment is that of a manufacturing facility, and is a bit confusing upon walking into the facility. First interview consisted of 2 managers asking questions off of a form, and then a meeting with the GM. Everyone there was friendly, and they make you feel comfortable.

Interviewed Jun 2010 in Boston, MA (took 3 weeks)
Started with a phone interview with HR. No problem, more of a discussion on my work experience. Then I interviewed with the Director of HR in person in addition to the Operations Manager. These too were easy. I think these were just to feel me out and see if they could work with a person like me. This went very well, they told me they would like to have me back for the final interview with the Director of Finance. So, a couple weeks later I interviewed with the Director of Finance, General Manager, HR Director, other Finance Manager and another business manager. Lots of structured questions. I was then given 40 mins in another room to complete a variance analysis on some income statements and come back and present them to the group. After the initial panic I experienced it wasn't all that bad. I came back and had a pretty solid presentation.
