I was interviewing with 5 different people for a CSR position, all in all the experience was very pleasant and I liked everyone whom I spoke with. They did not ask me many typical interviewing questions, but rather wanted to get a sense of my skill set and personality. There was no pressure in the interview, and everyone I spoke with was very engaged and interesting to talk with.
