Interview Details – You will go through 2-3 interviews, if you pass to their satisfaction; then be offered a temporary position.

Interview Question – What is your definition of customer service?   View Answer

Negotiation Details – There is no negotiation on the hourly they offer you. There is no negotiation of work status, you will be offered only a temporary position. During the process of hire, if you are late 3 times, you are fired! I wasn't, but others were.

Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Aurora, IL Sep 2010 – Reviewed Dec 13, 2011

Interview Details – Hired as a seasonal worker with possibility for permanant hire, based on performance. Phone screen was about 20 minutes, face to face was with HR, and then with a call center manager and finally the supervisor, in all 2.5 hrs. Pay was $14.50
