Very generic questions. I knew I did not want the job as soon as I walked in and saw the appearance of the interviewer. The person told me the basic day was about 11 hours and occasional Saturdays. Do you mind the hours I was asked. I told him no but of course I did. I am not going to put in long hours for less than adequate pay. Oh, and don't bring my attention to the stack of applications on your desk and say how many you have to choose from. It didn't impress or intimidate me as I knew I could do your job.

Manager performed the interviewed 1 on 1 sitting in some of the most comfortable furniture I have ever sat in during an interview. Said they will be making an offer but have not received it yet.

Had a group interview, there were 7 of us, 3 no shows. We were one of 3 or 4 groups that day. Next day received e-mail saying they had such great candidates it was hard to make a decision we were all so good, but I wasn't one of them. 2 weeks later they posted the job again on Craig's list. I don't understand if they had so much talent when I interviewed why they were looking again, or didn't pull from the "great " ones 2 weeks before.

The plant manager was a former quality manager at an automotive supplier. I was the third, and last, candidate to interview for the job. It was pretty clear the moment I walked in that his mind was already made up, that he had already selected one of the two prior interviewees. He seemed disinterested . . . asked basic questions about my job history, about my skill set, but never made eye contact during the process . . . he should have called me the day before and said he'd found the perfect candidate and not gone through the motions of an interview
