Sales Expert at Laacke and Joys

Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Sep 2008 – Reviewed Mar 4, 2010

Interview Details – I applied online, got a 1:1 interview with the general manager. After the initial interview, they decide if they are going to hire you, and call you back in 2-6 days. You are more so looked at in a sense of ability. Can you physically do the job? Are you fit enough? Do you look like someone that would participate in the sports and activities that the store sells? There have been some hasty employees hired and fired because they did not fit the criteria. The company is pretty laid back, so I suggest you be yourself. If they like who you are as a person, they can always train you in the area that they need you the most.

Negotiation Details – No negotiation, they pay you what they want to pay you and you take it.
