Interviewed Nov 2011 (took 3 days)
The Lakeshore interview process was fair, organized and with each person that I interviewed with, there were clear expectations set. Each interviewer was prepared and organized, which left me with a great impression of each of the interviewers, as well as the company itself. Throughout the interview process, the job duties, expectations, goals, and timelines were depicted accurately and often. I left each interview knowing exactly where I stood and found this type of candor unexpected but inviting.
Aside from this, I cannot stress enough the professionalism (and caliber of people) of each interviewer. I was truly blown away by everyone I ran into and as I met more 'Lakeshorians' walking the halls and behind desks, I began to realize why Lakeshore had grown, remained profitable and had such a great reputation within our industry for decades: the people!
