    I applied online. The process took 2+ monthsinterviewed at Lantek Computer (Pittsburgh, PA) in February 2013.


    I applied to Lantek online and received a call back almost immediately. The recruiter wanted to set up an interview with me but I was only a few days away from going on vacation. I told the recruiter the date I would be coming back and he said that he would call me the day after I got back. After getting home, I waited over 2 weeks and he never called me. I had to apply to Lantek online again and I got a call back the next day from the same recruiter. At this time we set up an interview. The interview was at the Five Guys near Pittsburgh. The recruiter and the interviewer were over 10 minutes late to the interview. This was not a typical interview at all. The gentleman that interviewed me talked almost the whole time about how interviews work and how bad recent graduates are at being interviewed. They did ask a few questions about my Resume and military experience after the long lecture about interviews. When the interview was over I was told by the recruiter that Lantek would be calling me the next day about possible employment within their company. I still have not received that call.
