Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Feb 2010 – Reviewed May 18, 2012
Interview Details – My experience was unique the property was in foreclosure . However the banks already had contact with me prior to the foreclosure, and had recommend the company to keep me on. However I was still interviewed and had background check done. It was a time of uncertainty . My faith in God help me through this time of not knowing what are who may have been already in place during this take over. My advice would be to believe in what you do and why you do it and it will work out either way.
Interview Question – The most difficult questions asked during the interview was salary. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – My negotiation was position I went from a Property Manager to a Leasing Consultant .Not because I couldn't fulfill the job requirements But because I recognize my strengths and weaknesses .I am being compensated for what I know. My advice to anyone don't be afraid to admit your strengths and weaknesses. It is not about ego but what fits to make you a stronger team.promotion comes with experience.
