Interview Details – It was a part of the College GET recruitment process. The basic selection criteria for short listing was a 55% aggregate (since this was in our 3rd year, you had to ensure 58% on passing) in our Bachelors. After the written test there were 11 from our college who were short listed for the interview process. Of these, 7 got the offer.

Interview Details – Written exam was conducted first which comprised of different sections like verbal ability, quantitative aptitude and technical. Then interview was conducted for shortlisted candidate. Interview was based on technical and HR questions. In interview, they emphasized on basics / fundamentals. Hobbies, strengths, weaknesses, short term and long term plannings type questions were asked.

Interview Details – the entire procedure took 3 days.on first day written was taken.on second day general discussion.and on final day interview and result was declared in 2 hrs. written was simple,basic questions.interview was held by two people.one from hr and one from technical side.

I applied through college or university and the process took a day - interviewed at Larsen & Toubro.

Interview Details – Off campus interview at Techno India Saltlake. Top 10 students of the department was called in. Initial non-technical test. Then they declared the result and they had the PPT for 1/2 an hour. Waiting for the interview was tiring and long. But, the interview panel was very friendly.

Interview Question – Questions were very basic and to the point. They did not ask anything from the project. Most of the questions were from machine.   Answer Question

Interview Details – A very easy quant exam and then interview follows that.The interview is difficult and they ask HR as well as lot of technical questions.The questions are practical based and cannot be answered randomly.

I applied through college or university and the process took 2 days - interviewed at Larsen & Toubro in September 2013.

Interview Details – Campus Placement.They took a written examination,consisting of aptitude and english portions for mainly the core branches viz. CE,EE,ME.After shortlisting candidates,they took a Technical & HR PI where questions based on your summer internship where put on focus,apart from the basic courses of your branch.

Interview Question – They covered a wide range of questions.In my case,they asked about my summer intern(highway construction).
You should know your basics well.Its not necessary to be a master of all but you need to have a strong point to put up.

Interview Details – The first selection criteria was an online exam based on apptitude, followed by a pool interview .
Since a large crowd was there for interview, so they could only afford 15-20 min/student. The interviewers main emphasis was not on engineering skill but the willingness of student to work in any part of india and his capability to work in remote sites.
