The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Larsen & Toubro (Hazira (India)) in March 2008.
Initially there was a skills test that included math, verbal and general reasoning. It was quite straight forward. I was selected and was informed about the on campus interview that took place after a few days. It was one on one and the interviewer was really friendly. He started with a few technical questions and then drifted to HR. It lasted for more than 45 mins but to be honest, didn't seem like that long. I got the confirmation after about a week.
