Interviewed Aug 2011 in Ahmedabad (India) (took 2 days)
The Process includes the pre-placement Talk, Written Test(Aptitude only) and Interview. Aptitude test is a speed game and purely logic based.It consisted of 75 ques and duration is 60 mins
Interview was to check our main concepts.The panel consisted of 2 employees who were very good and friendly.
It was mainly technical with some part of HR.
L&T always prefers Meritorious student.

How to calculate number of stages needed in a distillation column?
Why are Shell and tube heat exchangers so preferred in Industry?
Other Details
The interview consisted of a Group/Panel Interview, a Personality Test and a Background Check.
