Interviewed Aug 2011 (took 5 weeks)
Applied online through their company site; filled in basic information and submitted resume and cover letter.
Was contacted about 1-2 weeks later by phone from Laureate HR to set up phone interview with Sr Curriculum Developer, to discuss the job and my background.
Was contacted by Sr. Curriculum Developer by phone--pleasant interview, conversation. Focused more on the nature of the job, what would be required, what to expect, working style, etc.
Was contacted by HR to set up in person interview with Director from head office. Met with him and another associate (who didn't identify herself directly, so I'm unclear her position per se). Questions were more a little more specific to my resume experience, how it fits with their job description, challenges working with individuals/clients, how to translate work from traditional to online medium...Again, questions also on how to handle sensitive matters with challenging clients, addressing conflict, managing difficult projects/people.
Was contacted by Director, the hiring manager...phone conference with another director. Questions were similar to above in-person interview, with a bit more specificity in job functions, client relationships...and personal points of view on such.
Next stage is HR follow up...still in process:)
