Was screened by an external recruiter who said they would definitely recommend me for a face to face and suggested 'a week or so' as timeframe for next contact. At the 2-week point, I emailed the recruiter to touch base, and again a week later, but received no response.
After nearly 2 months from the first contact, I received a call from the same recruiter. She said that now that the face-to-face interviews were complete (indicating I was in that group), they had selected other candidate. I explained that I had not done another interview. She cast around for possible reasons they may have decided not to follow up, and ultimately promised to provide feedback on any issues or concerns.
I never heard anything back.

Straight forward. Applied online and was contacted within a week or two for a group interview. Interview was nothing out of the ordinary; no real thoughtful questions in fact they seemed very plain and generic. Follow-up was with other management; kind of a meet and greet (I'm guessing I was a finalist). Again, nice people, small talk no real hard hitting questions.

Interview was initially conducted by phone, basic outdoor questions and propensity to excel when thinking on your feet. Face to face interview lasted 30 minutes, went more into depth about flora and fauna.

Two weeks after I applied the job online, the manager called me for a screening interview. There were two interviewers on the on-site interview day, one was the manager of supply department, the other was one of the General Managers. Most questions were behavirol questions.
Peope are nice, friendly.
