I initially contacted my uncle who worked at the company and passed my resume along to his boss. I had a brief conversation with his boss about my interest and potential openings, pretty standard. I was invited to come in for an on-site interview where I received a tour of the facilities. I then had a 1:1 interview which discussed some more specifics about the job. The whole process lasted around three hours.
