I posted my resume on the internet, a recruiter put me in touch with Lehman. I had about 4 interviews in 1 day including a technical interview with the rest being a general fit interview. I had to brush up on my textbook information to prepare for the technical interview, review my resume to be sure I could answer any questions and be prepared with questions for the interview.
Negotiation Details
I tried asking for them to match my vacation time from my previous employer which didn't work, but I would suggest always ask if you could get a better salary or any benefits.
Other Details
I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test, a Drug Test and a Background Check.
