Interview Details –
The interview process is somewhat intense. They will grill you with questions and they will ask questions to see if you will fit the company culture. They want a hard workernthat can wear multiple hats and that has a great attitude. They have a unique family type culture - thus need to have a personality, humor and a work hard play hard mentality.
You are usually interviewed by more than one person and meet other people before decision is made.
Interview Question – When they gave you a scenario and asked what you would do ie: if you are juggling multiple projects and all are top priority how do you go about deciding what to do first? Answer Question
Negotiation Details – I was not able to negotiate anything. They make it seem like it is an absolute privilege to work there and to take what you are offered.
Other Details - I applied online and the process took 2 days.
