I applied through a staffing agency and the process took 2 months - interviewed at Lenovo in April 2008.

Interview Details – Was referred by a job placement agency, my qualifications did not match most of the requirements stated but I tried anyway, the hiring boss was very pleasant & friendly, not many drilling questions, just short & simple ones & trick questions which I guess I aced it so I got the job. Interview lasted 45 mins. However they took very long to confirm my appointment, not sure was it the local office or the agency fault as the hiring boss told me that he had decided way in advance before I even got the news.
