3 rounds of interviews with hiring manager and management people. They ask what you have done and what you have learned from the school. They also want to know details about the skills you claim to have. Each interview was about 30-40 mins and not very difficult. They are mainly polite and listening to you. Not many sharp questions.

I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview and a Background Check.

I was recommended for a position and knew a collegue that worked at Lenovo. I had heard a mix of things about how hard the work could be but decided to pursue the personal introduction.
Negotiation Details
Get what you want from the beginning. Money is not everything, however once you are inside, it is hard to get raises.

I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview.
