I went to the location that was hiring and filled out the application. They asked probing questions and presented scenarios that I would be presented with on the job and I answered accordingly.

I was called in for an in person interview which did not take long at all. I was given a code to take an online personality test, followed by a drug test.

basicly i was called in for an interview. The interview was 1:1 in person interview with the manager. She didnt ask that many questions but she did ask about my experience and expected pay. I negotiated a bit with the pay and she offered me relatively more than what i expected.

I received a call from a recruiter and we spoke for a while about the company. I had had a recent dealing with the company that was horrible so I wasn't sure if I really wanted to work for them. She put me in contact with a human resource person and a manager.

I did some research online, found this blog from a really upset person at:feed://msrozz.blogspot.com/feeds/posts/default
I also did a search using Lenscrafters complaints and found so, so many of them. Customers or potential customers aren't happy with them and it seems that the employees aren't happy with how they are treated either. I really don't need a job that bad to have those kinds of headaches! I also didn't have faith in the manager I interviewed with. She really didn't "sell" me on the company.
