Interviewed Mar 2012 in Akron, OH (took 1+ week)
Interview was nice and laid back, but there were a lot of interruptions throughout the interview. Seemed like a great company to work for at first. The manager really explained the company well and actually made me want to get the position. I was asked only a few questions about my previous experiences and jobs.
Interview Questions
Reason for Declining
I was offered very little pay. Not even enough to take care of my family. With my past experience, I was insulted that the offer was so low. Also, as an assistant manager, I would be the only one working most of the time. Who was I supposed to be managing?
Other Details
The interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview and a Background Check.

Interviewed Jul 2010 in Mansfield, TX (took a day)
Interview went over well and management is really laid back. Overall A great job with a good chance for teens and college kids to earn some money on the side. They are always taking in application and are very easy to talk too. The only part that sucks is that now you have to apply online and take an assessment test I think.

Interviewed Apr 2009 in Phoenix, AZ (took 4 days)
I was contacted by the company recruiter by phone, they stated they had my application and were considering it for employement. They explained the basic job discription and what i would expect with this job. When i asked about pay scale they gave me a amount that to me sound fare for the position and the area. I was intrested. They stated that I would speak with the Regional manager next for second interview.
approx 2 days later I got a phone call from the regional manager and after 40 minutes on the phone they stated I would need to meet with the local district manager. That same afternoon I got a phone call to interview next day. So I went to a store location to meet with the manager, after about 40 minutes the manager wanted to hire me. We discussed the pay and found that the original amount the recruiter told me was the salaries and Potienal bounus I COULD make if store made it sales goal and volume. I was out of work for four months so I took it.
