I went to the interview with expectations to interview for a recruiter position. The individual interviewing me had such a large ego and it seemed like he spent more time interviewing himself.

Reason for Declining
I was asked to work as a CSR and work my way up to a recruiter position even though I have 10 years of recruiting experience. This was there way of getting me through the door since they have such high turnover on there CSR staff.
Other Details
I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview and a Skills Test.

It was really a great process. I met with over 8 people for an entry level position. They really make sure you truly understand the job and the requirements. I even got to listen to live calls to see what the job was. Everyone from the receptionist to the Recruiting Manager were very friendly and honest about the company and the position. I was amazed at how detailed and in depth everything was. They really want to hire the best of the best. Best advice is be honest, and understand what you are applying for. Most jobs are based on the phone. They can lead to advancement, but like anywhere, you have to pay your dues.
