Interviewed May 2012 (took 2 weeks)
I want to start off saying the interview process with Levis was extremely laid back and relaxful.
It started with a 1 on 1 interview. The interviewer was very polite and calm. The interview was straight forward. Asked about the companys history, my previous experiences, why I want to work here and at the company, how do I see myself selling Levis. Etc.
I guess the best thing to take from here is just go in with a postive affirmative attitude and be honest!

Interviewed Oct 2011 in New York, NY (took a day)
Group interview and we all sat in a circle to introduce ourselves to the manager and another worker who took notes. 8-9 questions asked included describing a really good customer experience, a time when you went above and beyond in customer service, what is your ideal work environment, and why you chose Levi's. The atmosphere was friendly, although you had to raise your hand and basically compete for the better answer. Thought I didn't respond as many times as other people, but the manager called back within 2 hours of my interview.

Interviewed Oct 2011 in Los Angeles, CA (took 2 weeks)
The interview was really fun; the interviewer made it really personal and made it less nervewrecking. I applied online just about a week before they called me back: I just put a lot of volunteer experience and extracurriculars since I didn't have work experience. I was really surprised that they got back to me so fast. Try not to get into all the details of why you're perfect for the job when it doesn't pertain to the question )In short, don't try to oversell yourself). Don't try to one-up others; listen respectfully and look interested and engaged.

Interviewed Aug 2011 in Las Vegas, NV (took a day)
Applied online, got called back by the Stock Supervisor to come in for an interview. Went to the interview consisting of myself, two interviewers and two other interviewees. Asked general questions, "Why do you want to work for Levi's?" "Why should we hire you?" Interviewers seemed friendly enough. Was told that we would hear back from them from 2 days to a couple months if we were hired, but the next day got a rejection e-mail in the morning.

Interviewed Sep 2010 (took a day)
Pretty straight forward process, the questions were basically involved around how can you make a good team member? What can you do to drive sales? Name some of the products we sell? And name a few competitiors on the market? Etc. So, Pretty standard for such job positions.

Interviewed Apr 2011 in New York, NY (took a day)
I got an interview offer to levis from a wokrforce center. I went to the interview the next day and it was a group interview. The questions were customer service heavy so I suggest to know a big deal on customer service.

Interviewed Oct 2010 in New York, NY (took 2 days)
I applied online and within a week I got a call back for my first interview. The interview took place in-store and was conducted by a manager. The interviews are group format so besides myself, there were 4 other applicants in the room. The manager would ask questions regarding our work experience, knowledge of the company, scenario questions (what would you do if...), and other basic questions. After my first interview, I was called back in for a second which was conducted in the same manner but with a different manager. I got a third callback and tried for days to return their call but have not heard back from them. The employees were all very nice and they really talked up the company, but I felt they were unprofessional when it came to getting back to people.
