Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Dayton, OH Apr 2012 – Reviewed Jun 12, 2012

Interview Details – HR put my name in for a new position. After interviewing with 8 different people in two rounds of interviews, I was offered the job. I started with more junior people and worked my way up. The final step was meeting with my potential boss and human resources. The people are very knowledgeable and friendly. The culture is laid back but with plenty of challenges. Interviews were with a variety of technical and non-technical people. It was great to meet with HR and the people I would be working with. It was an internal position so I knew some of the people ahead of time. The decision was made within about 30 days so that was a plus. It was not too long at all. Everyone was very supportive and open to questions about the position and what it really entailed. Overall this was a very positive experience. I have no qualms with the interviewing process. The company has a very positive attitude as of late and it shows with everyone.

Interview Question – Pretend I am an employee that you have decided to lay off. Fire me.   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – Yes, I was able to get a better offer just by asking.

Other Details - I applied through an employee referral and the process took 4+ weeks.
