Interviewed Feb 2011 in Boston, MA (took 2 weeks)
I first heard of the position through my school career site and after I submitted my resume I got called for a written interview which consisted of mini cases and lasted for 45 mins. I thought it was hard but then got called back for a face to face interview. The interviewer was really nice and she asked me a lot of fit/behavioral questions as well as a quantitative question. there are lots of questions on leadership.

Interviewed Dec 2010 in Boston, MA (took 3 weeks)
My phone interviewer was very short with me and just wanted to get through the phone call. She was sick and seemed very uninterested in anything I said. The majority of the questions I was asked were yes/no questions, but of course I answered with more than that. I think I just got unlucky with an interviewer having a rough day.

Interviewed Feb 2011 in Boston, MA (took a day)
It was a on campus interview. Lasted for 90 minutes total. Half of it was 1:1 interview with typical behavioral questions. The other half - you took a assessment in a separate room...it contained 5 to 6 questions that are kind of like case studies.

Interviewed Jan 2011 in Boston, MA (took a day)
I applied online and within a few hours I received a phone call from their HR department to set up a phone interview the next day. The phone interview was basically the typical behavioral questions and wasn't hard at all. Less than a week later I got an email to set up a interview to come in for a one on one interview. I interviewed with 3 different managers and am currently waiting to hear back.

Interviewed Dec 2010 in Boston, MA (took 7 weeks)
Had a phone interview and went in for an all-day interview about a month later. Took them 3 weeks to decide. Mostly typical interview questions: tell me about a time you worked in a group, tell me about a time you were really busy, etc etc. By the end of the day I had talked so much I had no idea what was coming out of my mouth. People were very nice.

Interviewed Mar 2010 in Boston, MA (took 2 days)
I received email about this job through our school actuarial network and replied to the recruiting manager that I am interested. Then we emailed back and forth to set up a phone interview with the manager who would be the one I will work for if hired. The phone interview lasted about an hour and a couple days after I was invited to the on-site interview in Boston. On-site interview lasted about 4-5 hours. First, i was take by the HR for pre-screening and complete an application form and write an short essay about why I want to work for Liberty. Then I was brought to 3 different managers and one employee to continue one-on-one interview, each lasted 20-30 min. During lunch, two other recent hired actuarial students brought me to lunch at a local deli, aiming to answer my questions. After finishing interviewing with all the scheduled managers and employees, they showed me out the building.

Interviewed Sep 2009 in Dover, NH (took 1 week)
Initial phone interview followed later in the week by an interview with front-line manager and the director. Then I went around and sat with team members for informal interviews and to see what they were doing day to day. There was very little technical questioning, it was more questions related to projects and information I had on my resume. They just wanted to know more about what I had done on those projects.
