Interviewed Apr 2011 in Baton Rouge, LA (took 2 days)
1st round interview was on the phone. Normal questions, like what leadership positions have you help, what is your favorite class you've taken and why, tell me about your resume. The second round was at the office with my would be manager and HR person. Same questions as first round but a little more in depth. Very good people, and very nice throughout the whole process.

Interviewed Mar 2010 in Boston, MA (took 2 weeks)
Interview was pretty straightforward; first there was a test which assessed your ability to answer some numerical brainteasers and statistical questions. Then there was a 1 on 1 interview that was primarily fit, but also some numerical questions thrown in there as well.
e.g. (test) How many square feet in the US?, What is the r-squared of this data?

Interviewed Feb 2011 in Boston, MA (took 1 week)
I applied for a software development internship. All I received was a phone interview from an IT recruiter. I talked about my past experiences (I interned at another insurance company the previous summer) and my current schoolwork. After the interview I was contacted again the following week and informed that I was given an offer for the summer internship position. The interview was very relaxing, I'm guessing because it's a summer internship.

Interviewed May 2011 (took 2 weeks)
The first interview went through an enthusiastic HR representative where she picked some topics from my resume to talk about. She had also offered resources for local housing availability, but Liberty Mutual does not offer any housing assistance or relocation technically. Overall, it was a relatively easy first interview, but it appeared so since no technical questions were asked and she did not appear to have much technical knowledge in relation to the position. Rather, it seemed as if she only promoted the position, offering the type of benefits in a general internship.
A second interview was then given to speak with a person I would be working under, but instead, I was interviewed by two technical employees. They offered me two specific positions; one in development, and the other in more database-driven, and I was asked which I would prefer. No technical questions were asked, but they did ask about my background. Some questions included about the type of programming knowledge I learned, what IDE have I used, and whether or not my experience consisted of web-based development. Unfortunately, my knowledge only consisted "basic" (up to basic data structures), and they looked for more for an ideal candidate.

Interviewed Dec 2010 (took 4+ weeks)
I applied online, received a phone screening several weeks later, and was invited to on-site interview. The phone interview lasted about half an hour. Questions were mostly referred to the resume and past experiences. Very nice interviewer. The on-site interview was with multiple interviewers, all on a one-to-one basis. Questions were regular but needed to be very well thought about beforehand.

Interviewed Mar 2010 (took 2 days)
Received the posting from a college website and applied right away. Roughly a week (or less) after, I was called by a Human Resources representative and scheduled an interview for the following week. First interview was one-on-one with a manager for the position. I had another interview after about a week and I was offered the job.

Interviewed Jan 2010 in Seattle, WA (took a day)
First, they tell you about the department and the job description and asked basic questions like why you are interested in the department, what are your skills, etc. It is very predictable as all the questions are basically based on what you see in the job description. The people were really nice, and the culture was a bit laid back but you could tell that they mean business.

Interviewed Apr 2009 (took 5 days)
I applied on their website and they responded to me immediately. I had an initial interview with a recruiter which lasted about 45 minutes in which she asked me easy questions about my skills and background. I then got a call from management a few days later for an interview which was slightly more challenging, but not too bad.
