I saw the ad in local newspaper and sent an email, next day i received a call from the company, had interview schedule. Interviewed by 3 different level of managers. In 3 hrs after the interview i received the call and got offer. Interview was simple and the most of the questions were about previous job. It was much more behavioral then technical.

how you will handle if you have disagreement with some other person at job. I gave the answer and the next question was what if you still have disagreement.

I had good experience on this as what ever i asked then accepted. I think at liberty its depends how much they wants you. If they like the person and they wants to have it then they offer everything.

They pick my Resume from University sometimes in November and then they get back to me in Dcember first week in second week first technical interview was held and then after a week they held Personality test interview. And the joined job in January.

Asked me OOPs concept base question and write small logical program for array reversal.
