Applied online and was contacted via phone for interview. Interviewed with three 1:1 interviews. Great corporate culture if straight out of undergad. Very sociable people.
Interview Questions
Reason for Declining
The company does not offer very much in terms of salary base, I was offered a position at another company that paid about 10K more for the same type of work. The culture was so great that I should have taken the offer.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test, a Skills Test, a Personality Test and a Background Check.

Interviewed Apr 2010 (took a day)
The interview took a total of 2.5 hrs. The first 1.5 hrs was basically taking a test. There was two parts. The first part consisted of some math questions, like basic stats, rounding numbers, and those tricky IQ type math problems. There was also an editing of a 2 pg paper. In addition, there were some translation of proverbs and also word associations. For the second part of the assessment, I had to write a argumentative essay in 30 minutes. There were two options for the essay.
After that the test, I went and talked with the HR recruiter for about 45 minutes discussing my previous internsips, projects, etc. She then gave me sort of a mini case and asked me how I would walk through the process. There was also a mini Meyer-Briggs Personality test as well.

Interviewed Jul 2009 (took 2 weeks)
First spoke to HR person on the phone, then was brought in for an interview. It was very casual. I took the Myers Briggs personality test, solved some tricky math problems, proofread/edited 2 pages of a report, and chose one of two topics to write a persuasive argument about. After that round, I had a phone interview with the senior research manager and later the account manager/V.P. I also had an interview with Arnie, the CEO, the GM of the business unit and the AGM. Company is casual dress so everyone wears jeans to work.

Interviewed Aug 2009 (took 2 days)
The Assessment Test took up the majority of the first interview time. The main focus was attention to detail so play very close attention to the instructions. There were many small details that I failed to notice. The math portion consisted of simply finding percentages as well as some very tricky questions. There was also a paragraph editing portion.
