Interviewed May 2008 (took 2 weeks)
I had an interview with a recruiter over the phone, then with the regional, then with the GM, and then with the area director. The process was fast because they needed to fill the postion because it was open for so long.

Interviewed Jun 2009 in Warrenville, IL (took 2 days)
I applied at the Gym location in Warrenville, Illinois for a membership coordinator. They called me promptly the next day and arranged a interview with the Gym manager. We went through he typical interview and he offered to give me a tour of the gym. I told him I had already been a member there for a while. He gave me a pass even through I already had a membership at the gym which made me realize that this job didn't have competent management. We then went back into the office and talked about compensation he told me it was on dependent on how many members I can get to continue to work out there. He said that you have maintain a quota of members that continue to work out there. Signing them up isn't enough they have to purchase plans. Knowing how the work out community is most people join in the spring and work out for a few months and quit. So the job wasn;t for me.

Interviewed Oct 2009 in Collierville, TN (took 2 days)
First involved a phone interview, than an in person interview, and following this a test to see if I could get the names and numbers of potential clients, since I would be basically working solely based on commission. Everything in this process was about how well you could sell your services.

Interviewed Aug 2009 (took a day)
Enjoyed the interview. Did not understand the charts, etc for trainer pay. Asked situational questions that were interesting. For example: Identify a situation that you would have handled differently.

Interviewed May 2009 in Atlanta, GA (took 1 week)
Was a pretty easy interview, they just wanna know about you and your backround in sales. The are looking for a peson with experience and sales oriented which make sense since a personal trainer has to be able to train people and to sale packages.
I think is a 100 percent comisions so you don t have a base salary,which sucks.but is the way it s .
