Interviewed Oct 2010 in Irving, TX (took 2 days)
They had 2 many levels of interview. first one with HR personal on phone , then with manager on Phone for appox . 1 hour. then after couple of days face to face interview which lasted for 3-4 hours. 1st with Project manager 1 hour, another manager from another group 1 hr and then techinical 1 - 2 hours.overall it was a long process.

Negotiation Details
there was not much scope for negotiations. make sure you will get the correct salary and position , bargaining it later on is very hard.so be prepared at the begining and be prepared.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Drug Test and a Background Check.
