Interviewed Feb 2012 (took a day)
My interview was handled very professionally by the store manager and district manager, both asked intelligent job related questions and the interaction was very positive.
I was especially impressed by the fact that they where concerned about making sure I would be a good fit for there store and full disclosure of job expectations and requirements where clearly discussed.
I was told that a background check would be preformed before I would be considered for hiring and this made me feel better about the company and the people that I may be working with.
All in all, the interview went very well and I hope that I am considered for the position.

Interviewed Jun 2011 in Clifton Park, NY (took a day)
The interview went extremely smoothly. The interviewer asked why I would like to work in the "Photography Business", why I was interested in working with children, and if I worked well in a fast paced environment, with others and with children.

Interviewed Jul 2011 in Torrance, CA (took a day)
They sat me down with two people I believe the director of photography and the studio manager and interviewed me. At first I was a bit shaky but I slowly picked up the pace and found the interview to be more of a friendly conversation. It was a great talking to both people and I was offered the job on the spot. Dress nice, eye contact, sit up straight, and articulate your words and you will be fine.

It was actually fairly easy to get a job at Lifetouch, they require no experience and hire just about anyone to be a school photographer.

Interviewed Jun 2010 (took a day)
Interviewed with the manager of the finance group and he described the position and responsibilities. He asked a few general questions. After the manager, I spoke with HR Director and she talked about the company and culuture at the company. I mad sure I asked them plenty of questions as well. Overall, a positive interview experience.

Phone interview went well as did the 1:1 interview, but have yet to hear anything. I was very disappointed to learn pay scale was only $10/hour when you have to lug around all that equipment and travel from school to school in an allotted time
